Bachelor Degree in Any Stream with O Level / Copa / Degree / Diploma in Computer Science / Equivalent Course.

- Bachelor’s Degree from a University set up by law or some other identical capability perceived by the Government and “O” or Higher Level endorsement course led by NIELT New Delhi/DOEACC Under Control of the Department of Electronics, Government of India. Or on the other hand
- Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA)/Data Preparation and PC programming (DPCS) Certificate coordinated under National/State board or Vocational Training Scheme. Or then again
- Degree/Diploma/in Computer Science/Computer Application from a college set up by law in India. Or on the other hand
- 3-year Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering From a Polytechnic foundation perceived by the Government. Or then again
